Force Infrastructure, formerly Rajyog Builders, is a Bangalore-based construction and joint-development firm, helping landowners turn plots into finished buildings and investors find reliable development partners.

Our story

Force Infrastructure is the same firm and team that built across Bangalore as Rajyog Builders, led by Deepak S. Kakkad. The first project on our register is a house in Mahalakshmi Layout, built in 1996.

Since then we have built independent houses, apartment buildings, industrial buildings and the National School of Business campus: as a contractor on our clients' plots, as a joint-development partner to landowners and on land of our own.

Today we do two things. We build on your plot under a construction contract, and we develop plots with their owners, for landowners who want a building on their land without funding or managing the construction themselves.
