How we build

Stage 01 / 04

    Step 1: Site and design

    We assess the plot, work with you on the design and help with plan sanction before construction starts.

    Step 2: Foundations

    Excavation, footings and plinth, checked before anything is built on top.

Yes. We support you through BBMP/BDA approvals, plan sanction and the other documentation needed during construction and sale.

It depends on the plot size, the number of floors and how long approvals take. You'll get an estimated timeline once we have evaluated your site.

Yes. We work with you and our architects on a design that suits your preferences, local building rules and market demand, and you see it before construction starts.
