Force Infrastructure ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry: your name, phone number, email (if given), plot location, plot size and message. We also record how you reached us (ad campaign source, e.g. UTM parameters and Facebook or Google click IDs) and the time of submission.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, assess your site, discuss our services with you by phone, WhatsApp or email, and understand which of our advertisements are working. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and ad measurement
To measure our advertising we may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads). They set cookies and share page-visit and enquiry events with Meta Platforms and Google. They load only if you choose "Allow" in the cookie banner, or tick the box that asks the same under an enquiry form (it appears only if you haven't answered the banner). You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. The site itself works the same either way.
If you allow them and then send an enquiry, our server also reports that enquiry to Meta directly (Meta's Conversions API), so we can tell which ad brought you even when your browser blocks the Pixel. It sends your name, phone number and email only in hashed (coded) form, which Meta compares with the details on Facebook and Instagram accounts, together with your IP address, browser type, the page you were on and Meta's own cookie IDs. Your plot details and message are never sent. If you choose "No thanks", nothing about your enquiry goes to Meta.
Site statistics
We count visits, page speed, enquiry submissions, taps on our phone and WhatsApp links and cookie choices (Allow or No thanks) with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They run on this website's own address, set no cookies and do not identify you, so they work without the cookie banner.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent, or request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by calling or WhatsApp-ing us on +91 93530 14554. We will respond within a reasonable time.
